Every part is inspected and tested on our own line in Shenzhen before dispatch.
Five stages, every part.
Intake
Logged by model, grade and batch.
Inspection
Connectors, flex surface, adhesive and housing are checked. Damaged parts are withdrawn.
Function test
A defined test procedure for each part type.
Verification
Result and condition confirmed by a second operator.
Packing and labelling
Anti-static packing, HD label with SKU and grade, batch recorded.
A defined test for each part type.
Charging port flex cables are tested for charging, data transfer and microphone function. Sensor flex cables are tested for sensor response. Batteries are tested for voltage, internal resistance and capacity. The procedure for each part is stated on its product page.
Failed parts
Withdrawn from supply. HD does not operate a lower grade.
Documentation
Available on request, according to product and destination market.
Site visits
The line is located in Futian, Shenzhen. Visits can be arranged through the sales team.
