Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every quotation and sale by HUADAXING INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, Hong Kong, trading as HD Mobile Parts (“HD”). HD sells to businesses only.

1. Quotations and orders

Prices on the website are shown ex VAT in GBP, with EUR and USD shown at a monthly rate for reference. An order is accepted when HD confirms it in writing with price, shipping, lead time and payment terms. Quotations are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.

2. Grades and descriptions

Parts are sold in the grades defined on the Quality Standard page. Descriptions of compatibility are given for the models listed; the buyer is responsible for checking fit before installation.

3. Payment

Payment terms are stated on the order confirmation. Title to the goods passes on full payment.

4. Shipping, duties and taxes

Goods are shipped from Shenzhen or Hong Kong by courier. Trade terms are stated on the order confirmation. Unless the confirmation says otherwise, import VAT, duties and customs charges in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility. Risk passes to the buyer on delivery to the carrier under EXW or FCA terms, or on delivery to the buyer under DAP or DDP terms.

5. Warranty

HD’s warranty is set out on the Warranty & After-sales page and forms part of these terms. It is the buyer’s only remedy for defective goods. HD is not liable for labour, consequential loss or loss of profit.

6. Returns

Goods are not returnable except as provided in the warranty or agreed in writing.

7. Intellectual property

Content on this website is HD’s or used with permission. The HD label and the HD HUADAXING mark may not be applied to goods not supplied by HD.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Hong Kong. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, without prejudice to the buyer’s right to bring proceedings in its own country where that right cannot be excluded.
